  • Risk of cardiovascular accident: this is associated with weight gain and the high salt content of some seeds with added salt and flavourings
  • Inflammation: consuming too many seeds can cause fluid retention due to the high levels of Linoleic acid, omega 3 and omega 6, the latter can cause inflammatory in the body.
