In DIVAIN we offer you the possibility to try your perfume at home without opening the original product. If for any reason you change your mind and decide not to keep it, you can return it without any problem.

When you receive your order, try the free sample before opening the perfume.
If it's the scent you wanted, open your perfume and enjoy it!
If you are not convinced, you can return your 100ml perfume. Remember not to unseal or tamper with it in order for us to accept your return.

If you are not satisfied with your perfume, you must contact our customer service to request the return of your order within 14 days from the delivery date. You must contact us in writing via email or web chat. To speed up the process you can also go to the "returns" section of your user account and communicate that you want to make such return.
To be able to return the perfume, it must be in perfect condition, in the same conditions in which you received it and inside the same shipping box that we have provided you with.
No. The 3ml sample that you will receive, which will be used to test the chosen perfume, is completely free of charge. In case you want to return the original 100ml product, you can keep the sample. However, if the purchase of a product includes a gift, then you must also include it in the return in perfect condition and preserving the seal.
No. DIVAIN assumes the return costs, so you will not have to pay any cost.
It must first arrive at our warehouse and when our team has verified that the product is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the money using the same payment method that was used to make the purchase, except for cash on delivery payments. In the latter case, the refund will be made through a one-time use credit code with no expiration date that can be redeemed on our website. We guarantee the return always in a maximum of 7 working days from the reception of the order in our warehouses.
